On Divine Mercy Sunday, the Church will celebrate one of its most anticipated events of this Jubilee Year of Hope: the canonization of the first millennial saint - Blessed Carlo Acutis!
You may be familiar with his name or have perhaps heard about the future saint who wore sneakers and played video games. But this remarkable boy from Milan is far more than his 90s kid hobbies.
He shows us how extraordinary love for God leads to extraordinary love for others,
love that transforms people and draws them to the heart of Christ.
People of all ages are struggling to remain hopeful in the face of great trials. Many are battling illnesses. Some are grieving and praying for loved ones who have fallen away from the faith.
Renewal of hope is needed in the hearts and minds of the faithful.
PREMIERING APRIL 2 ON FORMED
The Boy from Milan, the newest documentary in our 'Based on a True Saint' series,
you'll hear from three people who personally knew Bl. Carlo Acutis -
people whose lives were transformed by his faith.

Antonia
Meet his mother, who was drawn back to the Church by her son.
Meet his high school teacher, who learned from his student that holiness grows in everyday life.
Meet his oncologist, who drew from Bl. Carlo’s unwavering faith during her own battle with cancer.
